2. Why do I need to register for using Plant Option?

Plantoption confirms delivery of products that you select to your doorstep, and hence it is important for us to know how to get to your home and that too at the time convenient to you. Your address and contact number is shared with your Preferred Plantoption only to confirm accuracy and timely delivery of your Plants and other related accessories.

3.Can I shop without registering on the site?

Not really! While you can put your favorite Plant in the cart that you like, and prior to you from selecting of your chose on Plantoption. You will have to go through the required registration procedure. The registration process enables you to view different services of Plantoption.

4. Is the registration process free and onetime?

Absolutely yes! The registration process on Plantoption is totally free. Moreover, the registration process is one time, though you can modify your profile after you have completed the one-time registration process.


5. What kind of products are listed on Plant Option?

We at Plantoption havelistedall Indoor, Outdoor Plants, Landscaping, Accessories, Kitchen garden and etc. We thought of putting up everything on this platform so that customer can find anything that customer want for him/her. The products are listed into Categories & sub-categories to assist in easy location. All categories are listed on the left margin of; click on any of the categories to explore further.

6. How can I search for a product?

If you know the Plants name, you could key in the same in the search bar and then browse through the results. Alternately, you could browse the relevant categories and sub-categories to zero-in on specific products.

7. Are all products sold on MRP or do I get a discount?

Plantoption lists MRP of all products. (Please note that MRP values tend to change and in case there is a variation in the list MRP. Please check the MRP on the product package). Plantoption may offer certain discount percent or amount time to time. You can Sign Up for all the exciting offers and deals.

8. What do I do if I do not find the Plant?

Although we try our best to serve you the most extensive range of plants but if in case you can’t find the Plants you are looking for, you can let us know on our customer care number and we will try our best to add your desired Plants or Products as soon as possible, subject to it adhering to norms of listing followed by Plantoption.

9. What happens when the product in my package is in foul?

We at Plantoption are proud to take special care of handling and shipping the finest quality handpicked Plants. If, despite our stringent testing, we fail in delivering the quality, please contact us at within seven days of delivery. Email us your name, delivery address and date and keeping order number as email subject. We will be on our toes to help you out as earliest as possible.

We insist you to check the package thoroughly before accepting it. We take all care to deliver you the fresh Plants but if in rare case it is broken or open, you can refuse the package and call us and inform to our customer representative about the problem.

13. I have changed my mind. Can I return my purchase?

Serving you the best at your convenience is what excites us but if you’re not satisfied with your order, you can’t return your purchase because product nature is live.
